I fear $OPEN leadership underestimates the plethora of local knowledge with regards to truly prime properties and so has chosen to buy and then try to sell properties that are oversupplied in ugly places and so will be taking massive losses when they could have just played the arbitrage that strategic partner knowledge would have given them In prime locations. - focus somewhat on all the easy cash flow aspects of real estate and then take on suburbia.

Every bounce on $OPEN since August has been sold into a falling 10, and the 20 and 50 are stacked above it, all pointing down. The hourly is the same story under the 65 EMA. New lows on no capitulation volume isn't a bottom. It's just the trend doing its job.
